Amerisave Mortgage Corporation entered into a settlement led by Pennsylvania, and joined in by 34 other jurisdictions, to resolve a dispute with regulators over the licensing of its loan originators and branches. According to the terms of the settlement, Amerisave will reimburse investigative costs to Pennsylvania, pay fines to all participating jurisdictions, and take corrective action for violations of the Mortgage Licensing Act and other licensing statutes throughout the country.
