The Department has suspended the mortgage broker license of Hansen Financial Services, Inc., of Philadelphia, Pa., and ordered the company to cease and desist from engaging in the mortgage business in Pennsylvania, and pay a fine for violations of the Mortgage Licensing Act. UPDATE: Effective April 4, 2016, the Department reinstated the mortgage broker license of Hansen Financial Services after Hansen Financial complied with the terms of this suspension order and paid in full the fine imposed for violations of the Mortgage Licensing Act.
